Kingdom Mindset English workshop Do you or someone you know deal with Generalized Anxiety Disorder? In collaboration with Catholic Action Montreal and The Pillars Trust fund, you are invited to participate in the Kingdom Mindset English workshop. This initiative will demonstrate how Scripture and other mediums can assist in the management of anxiety. Montreal Challenge Weekend Retreat for Young Adults

The Challenge Weekend is a retreat for youth aged 18 to 30 that offers participants the chance to learn more about Christ and themselves. Whether you're a practicing believer or seldom go to church, Challenge will provide you with an opportunity to learn, to share and to grow in faith. You'll make new friends and participate in worship music, prayer, youth testimonies, discussions, and games. When? An Explore Saturday at the Villa Saint-Martin

Saturday, February 15 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., (9451 Gouin Blvd. West, Pierrefonds, H8Y 1T2) Join us for this workshop in which we will learn to examine more closely the spiritual dynamics at work in our lives using St. Ignatius 's basic (first week) rules for the discernment of spirits. The workshop facilitator, Fr. Sylvester Tan, SJ, is the director of programs at the Villa Saint-Martin Jesuit Retreat House. Lunch and workshop materials are included in the $40 fee.
